ApexOne Investment Partners is proud to announce the acquisition of the Brook Place apartments in Huntsville, TX. Brook Place represents the second asset purchased on behalf of the ApexOne Growth & Income Fund, and is the second student housing community acquired by ApexOne in 2014.

Brook Place was developed in 2003 as purpose-built student housing for Sam Houston State University - Texas' 12th largest university with a total enrollment of 19,200. The property consists of 148 three and four bedroom apartment homes with 532 individual bedrooms. Located on Sam Houston Avenue only 1.1 miles from SHSU and are in close proximity to numerous retail and commercial venues. 

A comprehensive property enhancement program will begin immediately and will focus on upgrades to the community amenity package. Additional unit interior enhancements will be completed on turnover and prior to the 2015/16 school year. Asset Campus Housing (ACH) has been retained for property management.
